Our purpose is to support, encourage, and nurture couples to create and maintain a God-centered marriage in whatever stage of life they are in. To help them grow closer in their relationship with God & each other. To guide them in spiritual, emotional, and physical wholeness as they meld twogether.

About us

Twogether Marriage Ministries or Twogether Ministries was created by Jay and Kelly Tidwell with this purpose in mind. While it was first started to support their ministry at First Baptist Church in Martinsburg, WV, it has grown as we have become involve with Family Life (Weekend To Remember) and other churches.  Jay graduated from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, with a Masters of Divinity from The Billy Graham School of Missions and Evangelism. Jay and Kelly have served in several church plants in the Martinsburg area.  During this time they work with Family Life’ s Weekend To Remember marriage conferences as Group Coordinators. It was thus a natural fit for them to server as the Marriage Minsters at First Baptist Church after moving there. Along with their work at First Baptist Church they also now serve with Family Life as part of the Weekend To Remember Conference Team, helping with the conference events in the Greater DC area, and as Church Group Coaches, helping Church Coordinators from area churches.
